Teams - Create Announcements

TIP #1 General Announcements in Teams!

Do you miss random check-ins and updates you used to get from walking through the office? We have found a fun new way to create announcements to share with the team!

Everyone has access to the Health Share of Oregon team. Click on the ‘General’ channel in the team and you will be in the Posts Tab.

Posts is where you can see announcements for the entire team. This would be a great way to communicate new and exciting information from our smaller teams 😊

To create an announcement click on the A below the text box. There will be a drop down at the top that says ‘New conversation’, expand the dropdown and click ‘announcement’. You can change colors and fonts, even add pictures. Check out the Posts in the General channel for a fun announcement example from the IT department.
