Vendor: Remote Connection Procedure (Citrix)

Connecting to Citrix Site

When connecting from locations outside the office, you will need to connect using two factor authentication

  1. Start by navigating to https://healthshareoregon.cloud.com 
  2. You will be redirected to the office 365 sign in experience, enter your credentials and press Next



    NOTE: Enter your full UPN (lastnamefirstinitial@dataintensity.healthshareoregon.org) (lasnamefirstinitial@core.healthshareoregon.org)

  3. Enter your password and click Sign In





  4. You will be prompted to use two-factor to complete the authentication process (if enrolled in app authentication you will see notifications below otherwise you will use SMS verification)



    On your phone you will get a notification like:




  5. Once approved you will be redirected to the Citrix Workspace landing page

    Navigate to Desktops \ All Desktops and find Vendor Desktops






Starting a new Citrix Session

  1. Click on your desktop to launch the session, this make take up to 30 seconds and will launch your virtual Citrix session for you.

    Remote desktop remote app is also published so you don't have to go into full desktop mode just to remote into machines


First time using Citrix Receiver outside the office and a new computer 

If you have not used Citrix before you will need to install the Citrix Workspace application which can be found below OR your computer will prompt you to download:

Popular browsers such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, and Firefox work best with Citrix Workspace.
