Bridge Self-Service Password Reset Instructions
1. Go to https://healthshareoforegon.sharepoint.com
2. Click on the Forgot my password link
3. Enter the verification code and click Next
4. Click email to have a recovery code sent to your email
5. Enter the recovery code and click Next
6. Enter your recovery phone number and click Next
7. Enter the code you received via text message and click Next
8. You will be prompted to create a new password. Create one and click Finish
9. You will receive confirmation your password was reset. Click the click here link to log back into Microsoft Office
10. Select your Health Share Bridge access account
11. Enter your new password and click Sign In
12. You will receive a text message code to your recovery phone for verification. Enter the code and click Done
13. You will then reach the Microsoft landing page where you will see a link for SharePoint. Click on the link.
14. Click on the link to access Health Share’s Bridge
15. You should see the Health Share Bridge homepage You will now have access again to https://healthshareoforegon.sharepoint.com/sites/BridgeHome
Visual Instructions

Enter the address https://healthshareoforegon.sharepoint.com/sites/BridgeHome into your web browser. You should then be automatically logged into the Health Share Bridge homepage
