Bridge User - New Account Set-Up Instructions (Non B2B)

Congratulations!

You have been granted access to the Health Share Bridge site by your organization. Please follow the quick-step instructions below to create your new Bridge account. You can also refer to the attachment for more detailed instructions with visuals. If you forget your password after you have created your account, the instructions on self-service password reset are also attached. Please feel free to reach out to your organizations sponsor or to Health Share’s Support.IS with any questions or concerns.

Account Creation Quick Steps:

1. You will receive an encrypted email from Health Share containing your Bridge username and temporary password. Record this information.

2. Go to the website https://portal.office.com Note: Microsoft will only permit a login to one instance of Office 365 per browser session. If your organization has its own Office 365 deployment, keep using your favorite browser for that purpose and use incognito mode or an alternate browser like Internet Explorer or Chrome to access the Health Share Bridge site. You need to sign into an account on Office 365 with your bridge login ID and temporary password. If you already have an Office 365 account select the option to use another account.

3. Click Sign-In and enter the username and temporary password above.

4. Complete the password recovery steps.

5. Create a new password and click Sign In 6. You will end at the Microsoft landing page. Enter https://healthshareoforegon.sharepoint.com into your browser to log into Bridge.


Health Share Bridge User Account Creation Instructions

 

 

You will receive an email to your account from support.is@healthshareoregon.org Click on the link as shown or copy the URL into your browser.

 

 


 When you click into the message you will see the following:

 

 



 

Click ‘Read the Message’ and select an authentication option:

 

 


 


 

Once you have authenticated you will see the encrypted message containing your Bridge username and temporary password.

 

 


 


Record your username and temporary password and go to the website https://portal.office.com

If your organization has its own Office 365 deployment, keep using your favorite browser for that purpose and use an alternate browser like Internet Explorer or Chrome to access the Health Share Bridge site.

You need to create an account on Office 365 with your bridge login ID. You should see the screen as shown below.

 


 

If you already have an Office 365 account select the option to use another account as shown, you will then see the same image above. Use your Health Share Bridge access email user@organization.healthsharebridge.org

 


 

You will be prompted to enter a password. This is the password that you received earlier. Enter the password and click Sign In.


 
You will receive the following prompt requiring additional information, click Next



On the next screen enter your recovery phone number and click Next



Enter the code from your mobile device and click Next



You will receive confirmation that the setup was successful. Click Next



You will then be prompted to create a second verification through email. Enter your recovery email and click next. We recommend using your corporate email and NOT a personal email.



Enter the code from your recovery email and click Next



You will receive confirmation that the verification was successful. Click Done



You will be asked to create a new password. Your current password is the one you received earlier via email. Create a new password and click Sign In



Open a new tab in your Browser and enter the address:   https://healthshareoforegon.sharepoint.com/sites/BridgeHome 

You will then see the Health Share Bridge homepage
