As a meeting organizer you may want the ability to track attendance.
***This will only work if you are the meeting organizer (owner) of the invite***
Here are the easy steps to retrieve the attendance list:
1). Join your Teams meeting
2). During the meeting or near the end, find the ‘Show Participants’ icon it will popup the list of participants
3). Near the top of Participant/People view you will see three icons choose the “Down Arrow” icon
4). The Excel attendance file will automatically go to your ‘Downloads folder’
