1. I am receiving a 'Permission Denied' message when I try to log into Bridge.
a. First check the body of the error message and ensure that Bridge is authenticating you with your personalized Bridge username. All external Bridge usernames will end in @(user organization).healthsharebridge.org. If the error message shows a different username please attempt to access Bridge using an incognito or private window. Bridge authentication is manager by O365 so if you have another O365 account the internet browser will typically try to use those credentials to auto-sign in. To avoid this click on the 3 dots in the top right corner of the internet browser, select 'Incognito' or 'InPrivate' window (depending on the browser). This will open a black window; copy and paste your Bridge website address into the window, this will prompt you to enter a username and password instead of automatically logging into one. If you are still receiving a 'Permission Denied' error refer to step b.
b. Check the site address to ensure an old bookmark is not being used. Some users have bookmarks to the old Bridge site. Enter the website address https://healthshareoforegon.sharepoint.com/sites/BridgeHome into the 'Incognito' or 'InPrivate' window and sign in with your Health Share Bridge credentials. If you still receive a 'Permission Denied' message please reach our to your organizations Bridge Sponsor or open a ticket by emailing [email protected] so we can check on the status of your account. If you are unsure who your sponsor is please check the Bridge Sponsor List here: Bridge User Support (sharepoint.com)

a. You have not been granted access to that content, please reach out to your organizations Bridge Sponsor and ask them to submit a user change request. If you are unsure who your sponsor is please check the Bridge Sponsor List here: Bridge User Support (sharepoint.com)
