Health Share has replaced the written sign-in log with a digital solution by Envoy. Upon entering the suite there is an IPad on a stand where each person entering the building will need to sign in.
The first screen is the sign in screen - you can either tap the screen or scan the QR code to sign in:
Enter Your First and Last Name (or select I have a QR code if using that feature):
Enter Your Email address:
A non-disclosure agreement will appear and require a signature:
Once signed you will receive confirmation on the screen:
To sign out, click Sign Out on the main screen
Begin typing your name and then select from the dropdown
You will then see a successful sign out
